The Executive Board is made up of twelve officers elected by the membership as well as the Director of Operations. These officers are the President, Vice President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary and Treasurer, which are collectively the called the Executive Officers and are tasked with conducting business for the Corporation. The Director of Operations, Deputy Diretor of Operations, EMS Captain, and Rescue Captain are collectively called the Operational Officers and are tasked with running the operations of the organization. The other members of the Executive Board are the Head Trustee, Member at Large, Past President and Past Deputy. If any officer holds more than one position or the current President or Deputy is also the immediate past President or Deputy, then an additional Member at Large is elected from the membership to fill the remaining positions on the board in order to maintain a thirteen member Executive Board.
